Transformed after the Great Southsea Flood of 2000, the public bar at the Flo has retained its legendary status and lively atmosphere. The pool table is a popular source of entertainment whether for players or watchers, and the juke box has a good mix of classic rock and the latest tunes. One of the many good things about The Flo is the mix of ages who can feel at home in both bars.
The public bar is a venue every summer for the free Southsea Roots music festival events, and also hosts ad hoc folk and blues events.
